Coastal Luxury in the Making: The Kiama Duplex
We’re currently on-site in Kiama bringing this incredible dual-occupancy build to life. Overlooking the ocean, the design perfectly nails that modern coastal vibe by pairing the rugged texture of recycled brickwork with classic weatherboard cladding. It’s a project we are incredibly proud of, but it hasn’t been without its challenges.
Early on, we discovered a natural spring running right through the property. Rather than letting it slow us down, our team pivoted immediately, engineered a smart drainage solution, and kept the build moving forward smoothly without compromising on structural integrity or our clients' peace of mind.
As you can see in the progress videos and photos below, we are now flying through the architectural fit-out and focusing on the finer details. Despite that tricky groundwork, we are stoked to still be tracking completely on time and on budget.
